CERTIFICATES OF ORIGIN

  • DRAWING UP AND ISSUING OF:
  • Certificates of Form A – for the Ukrainian goods subjected to preferential tariff in the EU countries, Turkey, USA, Japan;
  • Certificates of Form CT-1 – for exporting of the Ukrainian goods to the CIS countries, Georgia;
  • Certificates of Form EUR-1 No. M when exporting ukrainian goods to the Republic of Macedonia;
  • Certificates of general form – in Russian and English languages for goods of the Ukrainian origin that are exported to the countries, with which the rules of the country of origin determination are not specified, as well as during non-preferential goods’ export;
  • Certificates of origin of Form U-1 – for goods of the Ukrainian origin within the customs territory of Ukraine;
  • Certificates of origin for exporting of the Ukrainian goods subjected to preferential tariff in Mexico;
  • Certificate of services origin – confirms the Ukrainian origin of the services rendered by a Ukrainian resident within or beyond the Ukrainian customs territory;
  • Certificate of compliance within the CERTEX system;
  • ATA carnet – the international unified customs document.
